As a Coverage Solutions Associate , you'll help individuals and families better understand their Life and Health Coverage options while developing valuable communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. No previous experience is necessarywe'll provide the training, coaching, and support needed to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients
• Educate clients on available Life and Health Coverage options
• Build lasting professional relationships
• Conduct follow-up consultations
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate client records
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
