Overview

This is a non-exempt, hourly position combining guest service and sales. The ideal candidate is professional, results-driven, and team-oriented, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional and welcoming guest experience
• Recommend services, packages, and retail products to drive sales
• Meet established performance goals
• Manage front desk operations (scheduling, phones, transactions)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-compliant environment
• Collaborate with the Center Manager, Wax Specialists, and sister locations to ensure consistency in operations and guest experience

Qualifications

• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Interest in long-term growth and leadership opportunities
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required Schedule

Requirements

• Weekday shifts: 8:00 AM 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM 9:00 PM
• Weekend shifts: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Part-time: Minimum 4 days per week, including at least 1 weekend day
• Full-time: 5 days per week, including at least 1 weekend day

• Hourly pay range: $17.50$20.00, based on experience and qualifications
