As a growing company, we are looking for a driven and professional Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our footprint. The Role As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of 31-W Insulation in your territory. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing client relationships, and providing expert product recommendations to meet the unique needs of our customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the construction and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and Develop: Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities with residential builders, commercial contractors, and homeowners.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site evaluations, take accurate measurements, and provide comprehensive product estimates and solutions.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure repeat business.
• Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, local building codes, and competitor offerings to effectively position 31-W products.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B), or construction/building materials sales is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic mathematical calculations for estimating.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
