Our sales team is looking for trusted and skilled AT&T; Associates to connect our partner brands' with their target customers in the area. As an AT&T; Associate, you will learn the basics of community engagement, negotiation, and entrepreneurship while achieving high value sales reach. Our company is a strategic sales firm based in California, representing well- known brands such as AT&T; and other brands in the Telecommunications industry. We offer competitive commission with weekly payout, sales and communication training, and leadership development programs. AT &T; Associate Daily Tasks:

• Help create effective sales and customer engagement plans to generate leads
• Execute sales plans through promotional activities and direct, in-person customer service and sales presentations
• Guide customers through services, offers, and products
• Curate sales pitches are relevant to customer needs
• Develop sales techniques from customer feedback, market research, and competitor analysis
• Reach and exceed individual and team targets through cross selling and upselling
• Follow proper transaction protocols and sales documentation
• Represent the brand and the company with integrity
• Upskill and maintain product knowledge through attending training and meeting AT &T; Associate

Qualifications

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent are highly desirable
• 1-2 years sales or any customer-facing role related experience is a plus. Applicants with no experience will undergo training
• Great communication skills
• Able to negotiate and handle rejection
• Willing to work in-person and talk to customers
