Are you an energetic, customer-focused professional who enjoys sales, marketing, and working with people? We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our team at a well-established manufactured home community in Southeast Michigan. This is a dynamic position where no two days are the same. This role includes assisting both prospective buyers and current residents by facilitating the sale of new, pre-owned, and resident-owned homes. All while supporting the daily operations of a thriving community.

Key Responsibilities

• Market the community through social media, online advertising, local networking, signage, and promotional events.
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, current residents, and business partners.
• Conduct tours of the community and showcase new and pre-owned manufactured homes.
• Guide homebuyers through the sales process, including preparing and maintaining all required documentation.
• Assist with planning and coordinating resident events and community activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Support the Community Manager with daily administrative and operational responsibilities. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is positive, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a fast- paced environment. You should be comfortable balancing multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and telephone skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Social media marketing experience is beneficial

• Starting pay: $17.00$19.00 per hour , based on experience
