Family Insurance Sales is hiring motivated, bilingual (Spanish-English) sales representatives ready to build a long-term career in insurance sales and leadership. This is a structured, high-performance sales environment designed for individuals who want long-term growth and are willing to be coached. This role is ideal for candidates with basic sales fundamentals, strong customer service experience, and a confident, engaging personality. No insurance license is required to start. We provide paid training and help you obtain your Property & Casualty (P&C;) license. What We Offer

• $18.42/hour base pay plus commission and performance bonuses
• Clear promotion path to Licensed Agent, Supervisor, and Management FIG University, Our In-House Training Platform You'll receive full access to FIG University, our proprietary training system covering insurance fundamentals, sales strategy, and customer service skills, along with one-on-one coaching from our in-house trainer to help you build real skills from day one.

What You'll Do

• Educate customers on their insurance needs, coverages, and options
• Build trust through conversation, explanation, and guidance
• Persuade customers through value-based sales conversations
• Make consistent outbound calls, one of the most essential parts of this role

Requirements

• Bilingual, Spanish and English (required)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (required)
• Strong customer service background
• Basic sales fundamentals and ability to communicate value clearly
• Charismatic and personable
• Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance and on-time arrival
• Coachable, with a strong work ethic and initiative
