• Outbound Calling: Make 200+ outbound calls daily to introduce products and services.
• Customer Engagement : Utilize relationship-building techniques to engage potential customers effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of our offerings to expertly address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Quote Generation & Transfer: Highlight the value of working with licensed agents to drive quote requests and seamlessly transfer qualified leads.
• Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call quotas while ensuring high-quality, positive interactions with customers. What We're Looking For
• High-Volume Calling: Experience in outbound/inbound sales, telemarketing, or call centers.
• Metrics-Driven: Proven success in exceeding performance targets.
• Team Player: Work independently while collaborating with sales teams.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport, handle objections, and persuade prospects to proceed with a quote.
• Resilience & Adaptability:
• Maintain a positive and goal-driven attitude while handling objections and rejections. What We Offer
