Full description of the position

This role is exclusively for self-starters. A real estate license is a requirement. You will be responsible for driving leasing activity as your primary focus , while also generating revenue through sales both by bringing in new clients and expanding relationships within our existing book of business and investor network. You will use our proven system to prospect, network, lease properties, build a client base, and expand our footprint in the San Diego and South Bay Real Estate and Property Management industry. This is a leasing-first, sales-driven role where you will:

• Drive leasing performance across our portfolio (primary responsibility)
• Sell additional services to current clients
• Build and nurture relationships with real estate investors

Responsibilities

Duties

• Drive leasing activity from start to finish (primary focus)
• Marketing vacancies
• Managing showings
• Converting leads into signed leases
• Prospecting, marketing, networking, and closing new business
• Driving sales within our existing client base and investor network
• Building relationships with real estate investors (B2B and B2C)
• Property turnover for leasing manage required maintenance and interface with vendors on clients' behalf
• Expanding your network and identifying revenue opportunities
• Self-managing time while delivering the highest level of service to anyone interacting with the Tenant Planet brand

Qualifications

and Skills

• Sales experience (face-to-face and/or B2B) 3 years preferred (Trainable, high-energy candidates with strong personalities and tenacity will be considered)
• Leasing or real estate experience strongly preferred
• Strong sales mindset ability to identify and close opportunities within existing relationships
• Phone sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Real Estate License required please do not apply if you do not have one
• Customer service is our #1 priority must be outgoing, social, and help-oriented
