Business Development & Client Relations Coordinator (In-Office) Suwanee, GA | Full-Time | $20/hour Rick Cargo is a fast-growing fulfillment and logistics company that helps e-commerce businesses streamline their warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping operations. We proudly serve Shopify brands, Amazon FBA sellers, Walmart Marketplace sellers, and other online retailers across the United States. We're looking for an organized, dependable, and friendly professional to help grow our business by managing leads, building relationships, and keeping our sales process running smoothly. This is not a high-pressure closing role. You'll be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, following up consistently, and maintaining our CRM. The owner handles negotiations and closes dealsyou'll play a key role in making sure no opportunity is missed.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with inbound and outbound leads by phone, email, and text
• Build relationships with prospective customers
• Schedule meetings and sales calls
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Track follow-ups and ensure every lead receives timely communication
• Prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls and local networking
• Assist with onboarding new customers after they sign
• Work closely with the owner to help move opportunities through the sales process What We're Looking For
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software (or willing to learn)
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable making phone calls and building relationships Sales experience is a plus but not required. If you're organized, communicate well, and enjoy working with people, we'll train you on our services, systems, and sales process.

Compensation

& Growth

• Starting pay: $20/hour (Full-Time)
• 30-day introductory period
