Retail Sales Associate Location: Ambassador Mid-West Floor Chesterfield, MO, Glendale, MO, Shiloh, IL Positions Available: Multiple Full-Time Roles

Position Summary

: As a Retail Sales Associate at Ambassador Mid-West Floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers selecting flooring products that meet their needs, style preference, and budgets. The role includes guiding customers through the entire purchasing process, from initial consultation to final sale while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

: Manage and grow relationships with retail clients Recommend products based on customer needs, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences Create and present flooring estimates and project proposals Provide product guidance, accurate estimates, and manage projects from sale through installation Measure homes and job sites to ensure accurate bids and successful installations Help expand commercial flooring sales as opportunities arise in the market

Qualifications

: Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in flooring, home improvement, or interior design Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Dependable, organized, and dedicated to delivering a superior customer experience Eagerness to learn and retain detailed product knowledge Flexibility to work weekends and varied schedules as needed Team-oriented attitude with pride in quality work and customer satisfaction Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week
