Sales & Customer Engagement Assistant Location: Long Beach, CA Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Looking for more than just another entry-level job? Victory Branding is growing its Long Beach team and is looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Engagement Assistant to support face-to-face promotional campaigns for nationally recognized brands. About the Opportunity This isn't an office-based position. You'll be working directly with customers at retail promotions, pop-up campaigns, and live brand activations, helping people learn about products and services while creating positive customer experiences. Working alongside experienced mentors, you'll develop practical skills that are valuable across sales, customer service, leadership, and business development. What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging face-to-face with customers at promotional events and retail campaigns building real, in-person sales and communication experience
• Representing brands and products professionally, developing your presentation and brand ambassador skills
• Confidently explaining product features and handling customer questions sharpening your product knowledge and objection-handling ability
• Helping set up and maintain event displays to a high standard, gaining hands-on event coordination experience
• Guiding customers through the full sales journey, from first conversation to close
• Collaborating with a team to hit daily campaign targets great for demonstrating teamwork and results-driven experience
• Collecting and relaying customer feedback, giving you input into campaign strategy and a taste of the customer insight side of sales Skills We're Looking For
