Join a Growing Environmental Services Company CleanWay is looking for a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and grow key client relationships in the stormwater and environmental services industry. If you have industry experience and enjoy being out in the field, meeting clients, and closing dealsthis is a great opportunity to take ownership of your territory and grow your earnings.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
• Conduct a mix of inside and outside sales (minimum 10 in-person client visits per day)
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Recommend compliant, cost-effective solutions for stormwater and environmental needs
• Track all sales activity in ServiceTitan (calls, emails, quotes, orders, invoices)
• Support collections by following up on outstanding invoices
• Promote and enroll customers in CleanWay's Filter Replacement Program
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide weekly activity reports
• Stay up to date on environmental regulations (Clean Water Act, NPDES, etc.)
• Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads

Qualifications

• Required: Sales experience in stormwater, wastewater, or environmental services
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance and regulations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (ServiceTitan a plus)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to learn and retain technical product knowledge
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, business, or related field Physical
