Summary Intelli-Tech is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help assist our growing sales team in La Verne, CA. • Support Account Executives by providing excellent customer service to IT customers from different industries
• Generate quotes, sales orders, return forms, service forms, and other documentation as requested
• Strategically seek out best pricing from distribution partners
• Develop relationships with clients by taking phone calls, responding to emails, and having a proactive approach each day you come to work
• Handle all emails and internal documentation with a high level of detail
• Reach out to prospective customers when time allows
• Manage the return process for your customers when necessary
• Make educated IT solution recommendations for unique business cases presented to you by our customers
• Study and remain educated on the latest trends within the tech industry
• Attend and engage in all team meetings and trainings
• Regularly provide thoughtful feedback to management, and welcome constructive feedback to further develop your abilities and leadership potential
• Act as a team player, assisting coworkers even when not personally benefiting from your efforts

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant sales or executive assistant experience
• Proven track record of outstanding customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
