ABOUT THE ROLE Sales Associate Retail Store (Hourly + Commission) Join our retail skincare store as a Sales Associate. Great opportunity for people who enjoy talking to customers, learning sales skills, and growing their income. Pay
• $15/hour OR 30% commission (whichever is higher, paid monthly)
• Based on personal sales
• Strong performers earn $20$40/hour equivalent
• Shift: 8 hours

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in the store
• Start friendly conversations
• Offer samples and demos
• Learn and use a sales script (training provided)
• Educate customers and close sales Training & Support
• Paid training
• Sales scripts and step-by-step coaching
• Ongoing support to help you earn more
