Inspection Technician / Sales Representative Location: Buford, GA (Mostly out-of-office) Who We Are Provision Property Restoration is a fast growing water and fire mitigation company serving residential and commercial property owners across the Greater Atlanta area. The Role We are looking for a Sales Representative to respond to incoming leads, assess property damage, and guide customers through the mitigation process. This role is both relationship-driven and performance-based, requiring strong communication, urgency, and the ability to close jobs in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and emergency calls
• Conduct on-site inspections and assess damage
• Explain the mitigation process to homeowners
• Guide customers through next steps, including insurance involvement
• Close jobs and secure signed work authorizations
• Coordinate with operations for smooth job execution
• Maintain accurate job documentation (notes, photos, files)
• Build and maintain referral partner relationships What We're Looking For
• Required
• Experience: 2+ years of sales experience
• Skills: Strong communication and people skills

Work Environment

: Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of home construction
• Preferred
• Industry Experience: Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance

Compensation

& Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time
• Availability: MondayFriday with shared on-call rotation
• Pay Structure: Competitive training pay, Base salary + commission
• Expected Earnings: $85,000 $140,000
