With that foundation, we're building a company positioned to become a market leader in residential remodeling. We provide comprehensive training that goes well beyond standard onboarding. We have offices in Culver City, San Diego, Inland Empire, and Orange County. Market Opportunity Southern California is the largest and most active home improvement market in the country:

You will meet with homeowners on 2+ pre- scheduled, confirmed appointments each day to present solutions such as bathrooms, roofing, windows, painting, and landscaping. Your responsibility is to build trust, guide the homeowner through their options, and close the project. There is no cold calling or door knocking.
