The Sakha Allstate Agencies are one of the top-performing Allstate agencies on the West Coast, with a primary hub in Las Vegas, Nevada and a growing presence across the Pacific Northwest. When you join our team, you'll be licensed across five states Nevada, Washington, Oregon, California, and Arizona giving you broad expertise and long-term career flexibility. We're looking for an Insurance Service & Sales Representative to join our Milwaukie, Oregon office. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients who call or walk in. You'll handle service needs, build relationships, and identify opportunities to better protect customers through cross-selling and policy reviews. It's a people-first role with real earning potential. We invest heavily in the people who join us. Prior insurance experience is required if you have drive, coachability, and a genuine desire to help people, we'll provide the training and support to help you achieve your goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in-bound calls and walk in customers with service requests, policy questions, and coverage changes.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify gaps in coverage and cross-offer appropriate products including life and retirement appointments with our on-staff financial specialists.
• Reach out to current customers, existing customers, and prior quotes to create new business opportunities, maintain relationships, and improve customers retention.
• Achieve individual sales goals and activity metrics within the existing book of business
• Provide an exceptional customer experience that will result in 5 Start Google Reviews for the Agency.
• Build referral partnerships with lenders and realtors and generate referrals from customers.
• Stay current on product knowledge, underwriting rules, and industry changes What We're Looking For

• Base pay + commission | Total earning potential: $55,000$85,000+
