• Organize and execute on-site events, including setting up displays, coordinating activities, and ensuring a lively atmosphere that attracts foot traffic.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, active listening, and addressing questions or objections confidently to maximize sales opportunities.
• Promote products effectively by emphasizing features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to customer needs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism during in-person interactions and via digital communication channels to foster trust and loyalty.
• Assist in retail store product knowledge dissemination by educating customers about product features and benefits to enhance their shopping experience.

Requirements

• Previous food service experience or retail experience that demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to collect data related to customer preferences or event feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Experience managing social media platforms with an understanding of content creation and audience engagement.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer groups effectively.

• Knowledge of retail store products combined with technical proficiency in digital tools for client communication and data management.
