Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Sales lead The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily retail operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Assist the in day-to-day retail operational tasks - Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals - - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting - Assist in setting competitive prices for products - Train new employees on company policies and procedures - Monitor inventory levels and intake deliveries

Requirements

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in basic math for inventory management and financial transactions - Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial - Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling and record-keeping - Open availability is required, night, mornings, weekends, holidays Job Type: Full-time
