First People Promotions is expanding in Chattanooga, and is seeking a Verizon Account Representative who knows that the right services make all the difference. The Verizon Account Representative meets with our customers to help them choose telecom services and products and create a positive customer experience. As a Verizon Account Representative, you'll communicate with our customers in person to understand their needs and recommend personalized solutions. Through in-person sales conversations, the Verizon Account Representative helps customers identify the wireless plans, devices, and features that best fit their communication needs, lifestyle, and connectivity goals. Core Functions of the Verizon Account Representative

• Manage customer accounts by working customers in person and recommending Verizon service plans
• Drive sales within accounts by converting discussions into successful Verizon service enrollments
• Have engaging sales conversations to help customers find solutions that fit their everyday communication needs
• Build trust within customer accounts by listening to customer feedback and guiding them toward suitable Verizon mobile upgrades
• Identify opportunities to help customers upgrade their Verizon devices and services Preferred Skills for the Verizon Account Representative
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building connections quickly
