Job Description

:

• Process payments and complete sales transactions.
• Provide enthusiastic advice and knowledge about all products being offered.
• Ability to Communicate customers and take orders over the phone or in person.
• Work in a team environment to ensure excellent guest experience and prompt service.
• Maintain an organized and clean store environment.
• Cultivate friendly relationships with our returning patrons.
• Always maintain good personal hygiene and a clean-cut appearance.
• Packing and Restocking pastries, breads, drinks, and cakes
• Reporting inventory to management
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Making espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages
• Provide excellent customer service that follows Paris Baguette & high standard of excellence.
• Cleaning pastry display case and necessary kitchen area
• Assist with bussing tables and general store cleaning (including restrooms).
• Clean and sanitize work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils, and dishes. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE At least 1 year of customer service and food handling experience - Barista/Coffee experience is a Plus+ Minimum High School Diploma/GED or Some College. Positive and passionate attitude High sense of integrity and ownership Having a feedback is a gift mentality. Always willing to learn and accept feedback. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Time management, ability to prioritize and follow direction. Adherence to food safety guidelines. Able to lift to 50 lbs. Proficient in Point-of-Sale systems, currently Toast. Understand the importance of cash handling and accuracy of transactions. Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
