We're a growing home improvement company looking for an energetic, results- oriented Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and turning opportunities into sales, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, closing sales, and coordinating with our team to ensure a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through hot calls, networking, and relationship building
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term customers
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales goals
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment What We're Looking For
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, customer outreach, or business development
• Existing network within the construction, contracting, or home improvement industry is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
