We work with small and medium-sized businesses across industries, providing access to funding solutions that keep them growing and we need sharp sales professionals who want to grow right alongside them. Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound contact with business owners and decision-makers via phone
• Identify financing needs and present appropriate solutions from our product portfolio
• Develop and maintain a structured daily call cadence to drive consistent deal flow
• Track prospect activity, pipeline status, and follow-up touchpoints with precision
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing from application to funding
• Build repeat and referral business by delivering a professional, reliable client experience

Compensation

& Hours MondayFriday | 7:30 AM 3:30 PM Select the structure that works for you:

• Commission-Based: 20% starting rate, scaling to 30% after $5M in total funded deals
• Hourly + Commission: $20/hour plus 5% on all funded volume No cap on earnings either way. Health insurance offered with partial employer contribution.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of phone sales experience (required)
• Background in Merchant Cash Advance or commercial lending (preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills
