The Mansion at Murray House, a historic senior living community, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to join our leadership team. This is ideal for a sales professional who is passionate about building relationships, increasing occupancy, and assisting families.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve and exceed occupancy goals.
• Build and maintain external business development relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and community referral partners.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring an exceptional experience for families and residents.
• Plan and coordinate community events.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to support community growth and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and occupancy performance to identify opportunities for continued success.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and marketing experience in senior living preferred.
• Proven track record of increasing occupancy and meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, and results oriented.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
