Responsibilities

of the Junior Account Executive

• Build and maintain customer accounts by understanding each household's connectivity needs and recommending personalized solutions.
• Meet directly with residential customers to introduce Frontier's wireless products and services through consultative sales conversations.
• Explain Frontier's wireless offerings, service features, and promotions in a professional and transparent manner.
• Participate in ongoing Junior Account Executive training focused on professional sales, account management, and advertising strategies.
• Guide customers through enrollment while ensuring a seamless sales experience from start to finish.
• Manage account follow-up, answer customer questions, and build lasting relationships through outstanding service.
• Track sales activity, customer account updates, and daily performance metrics accurately.
• Collaborate with fellow Junior Account Executive team members to support customer acquisition, advertising initiatives, and overall sales objectives.

Qualifications

of the Junior Account Executive

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Internship or professional experience in sales, advertising, account management, finance, marketing, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in sales, advertising, or account management.
• Comfortable working directly with residential customers in face-to-face environments.
• Organized, coachable, and motivated to grow professionally as a Junior Account Executive.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
