We are currently expanding and looking for a select group of early-career or newly licensed agents who want to build a serious, long-term business. This protects your pipeline and increases your kept appointments. Professional Media Marketing Engine: Leverage a strong brand presence without having to build it yourself. Our team produces professional listing media and consistent video-driven marketing designed to attract clients online. Structured Coaching Skill Development: Training is built into our daily environment. We provide ongoing guidance in lead conversion, buyer consultations, listing appointments, contract negotiation, and pipeline management. Clear Systems and Processes: We operate with documented systems that create consistency. You will know exactly how to handle new leads, follow up effectively, and manage transactions flawlessly. Responsibilities

: Respond to inbound buyer and seller opportunities with a high sense of urgency. Conduct professional buyer consultations and listing appointments. Show homes and expertly advise clients through the buying and selling process. Manage active transactions from contract to close using our proven checklists. Build long-term, referral-based relationships within our community.

Qualifications

: Active North Carolina Real Estate License (OR actively working toward obtaining one). Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Willingness to adopt our tech stack and follow proven systems. Note: Prior sales experience is helpful but not required. Real estate can be an incredible, highly lucrative career for people willing to take it seriously.
