Own Your Results. Set Your Standard. American Funding Association is looking for an Independent Sales Associate who thrives with autonomy and knows how to turn conversations into closed deals. We provide small and medium-sized businesses with the capital they need to operate and grow through Merchant Cash Advances, Revenue-Based Financing, Term Loans, Equipment Financing, and SBA programs. We're adding to our sales team and we want people who show up ready to work and leave with results. No micromanagement. No unnecessary overhead. Just a strong product lineup, a supportive operation, and room to earn. What This Role Involves

• Source and engage prospective business clients through outbound phone activity
• Assess each business's situation and identify the most suitable financing option
• Present funding proposals clearly and handle questions and objections with confidence
• Manage deal timelines and stay in active communication with clients through closing
• Keep detailed records of outreach, applications, and deal progression
• Meet or exceed individual activity and funding targets on a consistent basis

Compensation

Two earning structures available your call:

• Full Commission: 20% per funded deal to start, increasing to 30% after $5M in closed volume
• Hourly + Commission: $20/hour with 5% commission on funded deals Earning potential is uncapped on both tracks. Partial health insurance contribution provided by employer. What We're Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience
• MCA or business finance background strongly preferred
• Self-directed work style with strong daily discipline
• Comfortable managing your own activity without hand-holding
