Our mission is to drive change that sparks unforgettable experiences through our diverse product range. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Representative role at Randy's Alt. Culture Pioneers. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, pitching products to potential clients, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships. Although this role is based in the Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area, we will consider remote flexibility for the right applicants located outside of NW Ohio or SE Michigan.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, and Communication skills
• Experience in lead generation, pitching products, negotiation, and securing new customer accounts
• Customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of smoke ware products AND cannabis industry (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
