Job Description

: As a Roofing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and providing tailored roofing solutions that meet their needs. This is a full commission position, offering unlimited earning potential for a motivated sales professional who is eager to succeed in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

: - Identify and target commercial clients in need of roofing solutions through networking, prospecting, and cold calling. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including building owners, property managers, and general contractors. - Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions. - Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotes. - Negotiate contracts and close sales. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities. - Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. - Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Self-motivated, with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

: This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Earnings are directly tied to sales performance, and high-achieving sales professionals have the opportunity to earn substantial income. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $750,000.00 per year Experience:
