Overview

In this role, you'll work directly with customers, helping them find the right products and delivering a great in- person experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a high level of customer service
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions
• Educate customers on product features and benefits
• Maintain accurate customer information using our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Work with team members to meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable and motivated to grow professionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Pay: $51,909.86 - $62,515.11 per year
