Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, or property management with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies specific to real estate properties.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and property management best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Previous experience working within the framework of real estate legal procedures and administrative processes is preferred.
