Sales Associate (Commission-Based) JaViish Medical Group Location: St. Louis, MO (In-Person) Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through community outreach, networking, local events, referrals, and warm leads.
• Educate prospective patients about JaViish Medical Group's healthcare services and programs.
• Build relationships with local businesses, physician offices, gyms, wellness centers, community organizations, and other referral partners.
• Conduct in-person presentations and consultations with prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospective patients and maintain consistent communication throughout the enrollment process.
• Manage and track leads using the company's CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote community events and patient acquisition campaigns.
• Represent JaViish Medical Group professionally while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, healthcare sales, business development, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
