Full description of the position

Position: Telemarketing Manager needed for a construction company. Location: Encino, CA Schedule: Sunday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM

Duties

: 1. Recruit telemarketers. 2. Check dialer and monitor calls. 3. Manage a room of telemarketers. 4. Confirmations.

Requirements

: 1. 1+ year experience as a Telemarketing Manager in the construction field. 2. Excellent communication and coordination skills. 3. Detail oriented and organized. 4. Must have telemarketing experience. 5. Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment, and quick learner. 6. Spanish is a plus. Pay: $7,000 per month plus bonuses. Pay: From $7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
