Kephera Diagnostics is an emerging diagnostics company focused on addressing public health challenges through innovative assay technologies and specialized clinical testing services. In addition to developing new diagnostic solutions, Kephera operates a CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratory dedicated to delivering high-quality testing in women's health and infectious diseases. Our mission is to improve patient care through faster, more accessible, and clinically meaningful diagnostic solutions. We work closely with researchers, clinicians, and healthcare partners around the world to translate new technologies into practical tools for clinical diagnostics and research applications. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for Kephera Diagnostics' clinical testing business. This role will be responsible for sales, marketing and business development for Kephera's CLIA laboratory, focusing on Kephera's unique and innovative diagnostic tests in the areas of women's health and infectious diseases. The ideal candidate will have a combination of experience in clinical lab sales, passion to bring new diagnostic solutions to the market, excellent communication skills and understanding of the underlying technology.

Compensation

will include base plus sales incentives.

Responsibilities

Sales and marketing of CLIA tests to healthcare providers including clinicians, hospitals, laboratories and other organizations Develop new customer leads and business opportunities for Kephera's CLIA laboratory testing business Presentations of Kephera's test portfolio to target customers Direct to consumer sales and marketing Interaction with the R&D; and CLIA laboratory teams to support commercial testing services and customer conversion

Requirements

Business development/sales/marketing experience in clinical laboratory testing or related fields Bachelor's degree Technical understanding of infectious disease testing technologies. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creation of presentations and proposals. Ability to work independently. Entrepreneurial spirit. Preferred Experience in sales and marketing in the women's health field Laboratory experience, preferably in a CLIA environment Basic science degree plus Business degree with focus on healthcare services and products Experience in reimbursement procedures for clinical testing. Kephera offers a casual yet dynamic start-up environment with free parking and commuter rail accessibility. Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
