Are you interested in building a real estate career with training, coaching, and local support? Keller Williams Central Valley in Stockton, CA is looking for motivated, coachable people who want to learn the real estate business, work with buyers and sellers, and build a long-term career in real estate sales. This is a commission-based independent contractor real estate sales opportunity. It may be a fit if you are newly licensed, currently working toward your license, already licensed but not active, or exploring a career change into real estate. You do not need to already be a top producer. You do need to be willing to learn, follow a process, communicate well, and take consistent action. In this role, you will learn how to:

• Build and manage a real estate database
• Generate buyer and seller opportunities
• Follow up with leads and clients
• Prepare for buyer and seller conversations
• Use technology and systems to manage your business
• Develop a weekly plan for growth
• Serve clients professionally from first conversation to closing What we provide:

Requirements

• California real estate license preferred

Compensation

: This is a commission-based independent contractor real estate sales opportunity. Income varies based on activity, skill development, client relationships, and closed transactions. Next step:
