The Hut [please apply online] Realty is looking for a Real Estate Runner. If you are a self-starter with excellent time management skills and attention to detail this may be a good role for you. This position requires lots of driving, excellent people skills, great verbal communication and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a low margin of error. Customer service is #1!

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to:

• Check-in with Listing Coordinator or Office Manager to determine priorities and assignments for the day
• Responsible for inventory tracking of all signs, riders, and lockboxes when low on signs/riders alert Listing Coordinator
• Installing signs on coming soon and/or new listings, as appropriate. (assembly may be required)
• Weekly, thorough checks on all vacant listings to ensure highest quality presentation for showings. Clean/tidy up or alert Listing Coordinator of any issues which may require additional attention
• Checking all vacant listings after any bad weather/high winds ensure all still standing
• Checking all lots once per month, minimally, to determine if maintenance is required
• Assist with de-staging homes before closings.
• Photographing our listings and closed properties which our team represented the buyer submit to Listing Coordinator
• Consistently representing the Hut Team and brand with a positive and winning attitude! Desired Skills and Experience:
• Friendly, positive and energetic demeanor
• Must be able and willing to drive a lot
• Must hold a valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle and clean driving record
• Must have a valid and active Real Estate license.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to provide an excellent client experience
• Must be able to navigate Tampa and surrounding areas
• Able to manage some physical activities such as climbing ladders and stairs, navigating embankments for sign placement, some moderate to heavy lifting, assembling signs, occasionally.
• Honesty, trustworthiness, and discretion is a must!
• Must be available to work 10-40 hours per week, 10 minimally. Some flexibility on hours.
• Must love driving and must have basic photography and video capture skills.

Compensation
