Requirements

• Property & Casualty License preferred but not required
• Life & Health Insurance License preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Self-motivated, Detail oriented, Organizational skills, Ability to multi-task
• Proactive in problem solving, Dedicated to customer service

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide appropriate coverage recommendations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring clients' needs are met while achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training programs and professional development opportunities.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
