About the Role

: As a Sales Consultant at Chevrolet of Canton, you will be the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships. Your role is critical in achieving sales targets by effectively presenting products and understanding customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications

:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Previous Automotive Sales experience a plus, but not required
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Team oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a pre-employment screening, including but not limited to background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers on the sales floor to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Present, demonstrate, and explain features of vehicles and conduct test drives with customers.
• Address customer concerns.
• Lead customers through the sales process, arrange for vehicle delivery, and follow-up with the customer post-delivery.
• Complete sales paperwork and maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions using company systems.
• Maintain the highest level of Customer Satisfaction scores as set by company standards.
• Meet dealership sales objectives.
