We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Specialist who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients make informed decisions. No insurance license? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate and support licensing.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify client needs.
• Provide quotes and explain coverage options.
• Follow up with leads and referrals.
• Meet individual sales and agency goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Continue learning insurance products and industry changes. Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
