Responsibilities

of the AT &T; Wireless Assistant:

• Meet with customers in-person in a professional in-person environment
• Generate new customer acquisitions through consultative sales
• Educate customers about AT&T; wireless products, services, and promotions
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless solutions
• Build strong customer relationships focused on long-term satisfaction
• Answer customer questions and provide product knowledge
• Process sales enrollments and service upgrades accurately
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer experience

Qualifications

of the AT &T; Wireless Assistant:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company policy and/or legal requirements.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to satisfaction
• Ability to work in an in-person customer-facing environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation

• Job Location: Woodland Hills, CA or as assigned in nearby territories
• Pay Structure: Commission based pay in weekly payout
