Responsibilities

• Meet directly with customers to introduce wireless products and services while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Learn how successful Sales Managers motivate teams, improve performance, and support long-term business growth.
• Assist with coaching and mentoring teammates while strengthening your leadership and communication skills.
• Support daily sales initiatives by helping the team achieve customer engagement and performance goals.
• Develop an understanding of business operations, sales strategy, and revenue growth while working alongside experienced leaders.
• Represent our client's wireless brand professionally at retail locations and community outreach events.
• Monitor team performance, customer interactions, and sales activity to identify opportunities for continued improvement.
• Participate in ongoing leadership development, professional coaching, and management training as an Entry Level Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, student organizations, or another people-focused environment is helpful but not required.
