Overview

: We're looking for a Subaru Love Encore Specialist to join our customer experience team. This role is focused on providing post-sale support and vehicle education to new Subaru owners. You'll help customers better understand the features of their vehicles and ensure they feel confident and satisfied after their purchase.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Schedule and lead follow-up "Love Encore" appointments with recent Subaru buyers
• Demonstrate key vehicle features (Eyesight, STARLINK, Apple CarPlay, etc.)
• Answer customer questions about technology, safety, and performance
• Offer personalized support via in-person visits, phone calls, or text/email follow-ups
• Document interactions and communicate feedback to the sales team
• Stay updated on all Subaru vehicle features and new technologies What We're Looking For:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with a comfort level using modern vehicle features
• Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Ability to explain features clearly and at the customer's pace
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
