Lead Stylist Top Seller Wanted! Nati Boutique is looking for Retail Sales Leads for our upcoming Century City boutique! Our store teams not only drive top sales but also keep the team motivated, deliver an elevated styling experience, and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and excited about their purchase. Your Mission: Sell, Lead & Elevate the Shopping Experience

• Act as a personal stylist curate outfits, suggest complementary pieces, and ensure every customer looks and feels their best.
• Engage in the fitting room provide hands-on styling advice, introduce additional options, and turn try-ons into purchases.
• Lead by example set the tone with high-energy selling, exceeding personal sales goals, and driving the team toward success.
• Motivate & inspire keep the team energized, coach on effective selling techniques, and create a results-driven culture.
• Be the expert stay on top of the latest collections, bestsellers, and styling trends to maximize every sales opportunity.

Compensation

Job Types: Full-time The base hourly range for this position is $23-$26. Estimated annual range of $45,000-$60,000 (hourly plus bonus). Keep in mind that the actual offer will depend on things like your experience, and performance so in some cases, it might be a little higher than the range listed here. Also, salary is just one piece of the overall package!
