Paragon Prime is growing our Sylvania team and is hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to represent Just Energy inside major retail locations. Every Entry Level Sales Associate receives hands-on training to confidently represent our brand, educate customers, and recommend affordable energy solutions that fit each household's needs. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll meet customers in-person in a fast- paced retail environment, introduce them to Just Energy's products and services, and help homeowners make informed decisions about their energy options. Every Entry Level Sales Associate plays an important role in strengthening our brand, creating positive experiences for customers, and developing the communication and sales skills needed for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

of the Entry Level Sales Associate

• Represent the Just Energy brand inside retail locations while engaging directly with customers.
• Educate customers about available energy products, services, and potential savings opportunities.
• Build trust with customers by learning about their household needs and recommending personalized solutions.
• Promote the brand through professional, relationship-focused interactions that create meaningful conversations.
• Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Sales Associates to strengthen the brand and support team success.
• Guide customers through enrollments and account setup while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to daily sales goals.
• Continue developing communication, leadership, and customer service skills as an Entry Level Sales Associate.

Qualifications

of the Entry Level Sales Associate

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, or another customer-facing role is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day in a retail environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and represent a nationally recognized brand.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and excited to grow in a performance-driven environment.
• Reliable transportation to our Sylvania office and retail event locations.
• Interested in building a long-term career as an Entry Level Sales Associate while representing an industry-leading brand. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
