Overview

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales and Account Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships - Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals - Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks - Provide guidance on claims procedures and assist clients with the claim process - Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes - Keep detailed records of policies and provide regular updates to clients Skills - Bilingual proficiency Spanish/English is preferred. - Strong negotiation skills - Experience in sales 2+ years - Telemarketing experience is a plus - Excellent sales and customer service skills Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
