Offline/Field Sales & Brand Representative (Lifestyle Press-On Nail Brand) Location: Los Angeles, CA Role

Overview

: We are a premium press-on nail lifestyle brand looking for multiple Offline/Field Sales & Brand Representatives to support our offline growth in Los Angeles. This is not a traditional office sales role and not a nail technician position. The role focuses on offline brand representation, channel development, and in-person promotion, acting as the face of the brand in retail and lifestyle spaces. Company Website (Please review our brand and aesthetic before applying _)_ : [please apply online] Candidate Profile Required: - Interest in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands - Presentable appearance and confidence representing a premium brand - Comfortable with in-person outreach and field work - Results-driven, self-motivated mindset - Strong understanding of female audience (Gen Z + young millennials) - Intuitive sense of what women are drawn to visually, culturally, and emotionally Not Required: - Press-on nail experience - Nail technician background Preferred: - Fashion / beauty / lifestyle brand experience - Offline sales, BD, or retail partnership experience - LA buyer store or event connections - Strong understanding of social media

Key Responsibilities

: - Visit buyer stores and lifestyle retailers in LA - Promote press-on nail products (not nail services) - Pitch, sell, and place our press-on nail products in stores through consignment or wholesale (buy-in) partnerships - Develop partnerships (consignment, wholesale, pop-ups) - Support offline events - Attend team meetings and report progress Work Style: - Not desk-based - Combination of meetings and field work - Performance primarily evaluated on results and growth impact

Compensation

: - Base salary starting at $ 55,000, with high, uncapped commission - Strong performers are rewarded quickly and proportionally - Commission is performance-based and tied directly to retail placements, wholesale orders, and partnerships. - Ideal for ambitious candidates who want income growth tied directly to results Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
