We are seeking motivated, energetic, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Canvassers and Field Manager. Position: Canvasser As a Canvasser , you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential customers door-to-door to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is an entry-level role with excellent earning potential and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
• Educate potential customers about our home improvement services
• Generate and qualify leads by scheduling free consultations
• Track daily performance and report results to the Field Manager
• Represent the company professionally and positively in the field
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation goals

Requirements

:

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
