We are hiring a Bilingual Counter Sales Representative to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and has a strong attention to detail. You'll be the face of our showroomhelping customers select the right flooring materials, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide top-tier customer service
• Assist with flooring product selection and provide expert recommendations
• Process sales orders, quotes, invoices, and data entry accurately
• Build strong relationships with contractors, installers, and walk-in customers
• Maintain showroom organization, displays, and inventory counts
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for order pickups
• Assist customers with loading materials when needed What We're Looking For
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
• Previous experience in:
• Retail, counter sales, or customer service
• Flooring industry or construction materials
• Experience at places like Lowe's flooring department or similar is a big bonus
• Strong data entry and computer skills (POS systems preferred)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude Schedule
• Full-time position
• MondayFriday + 1 Saturday per month (rotating schedule) Physical
