We are looking for vibrant, energetic people to join our team! Our fast-paced and growing granite shop is looking for additional Sales Associates to join our growing family!

Responsibilities

:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of good long-term customer relations.
• Develop a network of contacts to provide leads on potential new clients.
• Work with residential, commercial, and interior design clients to assist in the selection of marble and granite products.
• Ensures quotes, slab views, layouts, and sign off are completed.
• Maintains a professional business appearance.
• Maintains an accurate and up to date customer account list with detailed information.
• Ensures all transactions are done in an ethical and prudent manner.
• Develops systems or procedures for following through on leads, contacts, and commitments.
• Maintains cooperative working relationships with all team members.
• Complies with company policies pertaining to methods, procedures, records, reports, conduct, etc.
• Consistently prospects for new customers using referral and other ethical means available.
• Assures the confidentiality of customer lists and other sensitive company information.
• The collection of accounts receivable.
• Assists retail walk in customers. Job Type: Full-time
