We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our insurance team. The ideal candidate will assist clients by providing excellent service and expert guidance on auto, home, life, and business insurance products. This role combines sales and service responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention while driving new business growth. This is a Salary with Commission Position.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Customer Service:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide detailed information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims follow-up.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Sales:
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, business).
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Educate potential clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Administrative:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Process applications, endorsements, and cancellations according to company policies.
• Coordinate with underwriters and insurance carriers as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Relevant insurance licenses (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health) required or willingness to obtain.
• No Previous Experience Required!
